Tasting lineup for October 8
Join us Wednesdays for our free weekly wine tasting! Drop by any time between 5:30-7:30 for a low pressure chance to sample 3 different wines. No pressure to buy! Equally friendly to the beginner as well as experienced wine drinkers. Bring your questions!
This week’s lineup:
Paul Buisse | Sauvignon Blanc | Touraine, France - Everyone has had New Zealand Sauv Blanc. This Sauv blanc is from the Loire Valley in France. Seductive nose with lovely fruit aromas (pear, pineapple) and delicate floral notes. Smooth on the palate with a nice refreshing finish. Enjoy by itself or with smoked fish, spicy food, and creamy cheeses.
Primitivo | Cantele | Italy - Primitivo is zinfandel grown in Italy. A touch drier and more earthy than California zin, this red is a great option for cozy fall nights.
Pinot Noir - Valravn | Sonoma County, California - A juicy, complex wine with persistent flavors of Luxardo cherries, strawberry compote, and spicy, floral notes. As close to pure Sonoma Pinot as you can get! Excellent balance and texture.
Join us to explore new favorites, learn a little, and have fun with friends. Best part? Just like our usual Wednesday tastings, it’s totally free.
